AI-generated results are based on available information and machine learning models. They are intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional horticultural or agricultural advice.

Users should exercise their own judgment before acting on AI-generated recommendations.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including:

• Garden layouts
• Notes
• Plant collections

By uploading content, you grant Arviron a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and use such content solely for operating and improving our services.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to upload the content you provide.

Some features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring billing where applicable

Subscription pricing may change in the future. Any changes will not affect existing billing periods already paid for.

You may cancel your subscription according to the options available within your account.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewals but does not automatically provide refunds for amounts already paid unless required by applicable law or stated in a separate refund policy.
